I am 19 and I am 5′4.5″. I want to be 5′10″. I need some advice to grow taller.
I’ve been exercising daily and I’ve been stretching my spine.
I’ve been trying to change my diet but it’s a little difficult because my mom makes food to go with rice. So its a little difficult to change my diet.

Can anyone out there give me some advice for my diet as well as anything else to help me grow taller?
Advice to stimulate HGH/IGF, bone and muscle development, and anything that may help me grow taller are very appreciated.
