Let me start off with some description of my body build.
I am a 17 year old Male, (born ‘92)
weigh approx. 107 pounds.
I am pretty skinny but look like i have a bit of muscle also.
in height i am around 5′4

Firstly will exercsing and using the resistance weight machines (like the bowflex thingys they have) cause me to stunt my growth, (i have heard that was just a myth and working out helps to produce HGH)

Secondly what combination should i do? like Monday – Monday how many times should i go to the Gym and what routine should i follow?

Lastly is protein powder a good option to use?
